If you have forgotten your username and/or password, please contact us. Please provide the Billing Service and Emailing Address you used when you signed up.

Click on "Your Profile" at the bottom of the "Home" page. After you do so, click on "Edit Your Profile" at the bottom of that page. In the avatar section, you'll see "Paste Image URL". Replace that with an image of your choosing. You can upload your own image at any photo sharing website. You can use this free site, Photobucket.com. For the best avatar, make sure the image is a perfect square at 100px by 100px.

All refund requests are sent to our Customer Support management and are handled case-by-case. Refunds will only be considered on purchases made within 60 days. If you request a refund from your bank or card issuer due to unauthorized or fraudulent use, the Billing company at its discretion, will block your account or card from use at all Kick Ass websites.

A modern web browser

That is all you need. Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge all work — just keep yours up to date. Our videos stream right on the page, with no player or plugin to install.



JavaScript and cookies

Both need to be enabled. Our navigation uses JavaScript, and cookies are what keep you logged in as you move around the site.



Downloading movies

Movies download as MP4, usually in several sizes — 4K, 1080p and 720p, plus a smaller version for phones and tablets. MP4 plays on Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad, Android and most smart TVs without any extra software. Some older updates also offer WMV, MOV, M4V or FLV files; those are kept only for members who still want them, so take the MP4 unless you have a reason not to.



Downloading photo sets

High-resolution photo sets download as a .zip file. Windows and macOS both open zip files on their own, so there is nothing to install — double-click the file and it unpacks.



What you no longer need

Flash Player, the Windows Media Player plugin and QuickTime are all retired, and none of them are required anywhere on our sites. If a page ever asks you to install one, something is out of date — please let us know and we will get it fixed.

Joining our website is pretty easy. All you have to do is click the "Join Now" button in our tour/guest section. After that it's just about choosing a billing option and processing your credit card information.

If you can't login to a website, please be sure that you are authenticating your username and/or password properly. Our system will automatically block your account/IP address when you have excessive unsuccessful login attempts in a short period of time. The block will last a couple of hours. If you don't want to wait it out, please contact us.

If you're having an issue downloading a movie, don't be alarmed, Contact Us and we'll get it squared away as soon as possible.

You can easily insert images and links using "BBCodes" when posting, replying and/or commenting on our interactive forums. Just copy/paste the full URL of the image or link and wrap it around the appropriate tags.

REMEMBER: Do not post pictures of the people in your life, they have not given us permission to have their images on our site. If you do this the post will be taken down. If you continue to do this once you have been warned you will be BANNED from posting on the forum.
